Marine High Melting Temp Fibers

Marine high melting temp fiber insulation, also known as high-temperature insulation, is a type of insulation that is specially made for applications with an operating temperature of 650°F (343°C) and higher. Some brands are designed for temperatures up to 1200°F (650°C).


High-temperature insulation is noncombustible and composed of fibers that can withstand abnormally high temperatures. These characteristics allow for high-temperature insulation to maintain temperatures and also act as passive fire protection in case of an emergency.
