Metal gores and sweeps are essential insulation elbow covers that are fabricated in segments to cover insulated elbows on piping systems. Gores can be custom-fabricated by us in any angle or radius that is required, including 45/90.
With our precise metal gore and metal sweep fabrications, installation is significantly easier on site with the segments joined through welding or mechanically locking the segments together, helping with labor cost savings.
A metal end cap is a fabricated closure created from a premade metal covering designed to fit over insulated pipe fittings in an insulation system. Metal vessel heads are precut miters that are composed of two distinct sides: one bead side and one side with an underlap. These metal vessel heads provide mechanical properties that are essential for the functionality of the vessel or tank. At Crossroads C&I, metal vessel heads can be fabricated to any size and head type including elliptical and hemispherical. We can make peels using various materials such as stainless and aluminum, both of which are smooth and stucco embossed.
