Spiral duct insulation, also known as insulated spiral duct, is a type of HVAC insulation that is composed of fiberglass board, thermosetting resin, and acrylic coatings. It provides excellent acoustical and thermal performance for spiral air ducts and is installed on the interior of ductwork.

Spiracoustic Plus® is a duct liner that is made with high-density fiberglass board bonded with thermosetting resin. As a duct liner, proper installation of this insulation is on the interior of spiral duct components.
Spiracoustic Plus is a specifically engineered solution to provide premium thermal and acoustical solutions for HVAC systems that use spiral duct. As an added benefit, the exterior surface is laminated with a tough fire-resistant FSK facing, making it efficient and safe.
Spiracoustic Plus is specially made in factories to ensure evenly spaced kerfs so the material conforms to the inside diameter of air ducts. Designed to be in the interior of duct work, Spiracoustic Plus features special coatings for this placement so that it is resistant to dust, dirt, and microbial growth.
