Linacoustic® R-300 is a fiberglass duct liner for HVAC systems that is made by trusted insulation manufacturer Johns Manville. It is a rigid fiberglass board that has been designed to meet or exceed all ASTM C 1071 Type II duct liner requirements. Another material that is used to make Johns Manville Linacoustic R-300 insulation includes an acrylic polymer coating for durable yet smooth airstream surfaces and long edges.
Linacoustic R-300 is a special type of insulation that is used specifically as an extended performance insulation for HVAC plenums and air distribution ductwork. It is known for being tough and for offering excellent acoustical and thermal performance in HVAC systems operating at velocities up to 6,000 fpm and temperatures up 250°F (121°C). We’re proud to distribute Linacoustic R-300 as it is also an environmentally friendly fiberglass duct liner, having been certified by Scientific Certification Systems for containing 25% recycled content.
