Health & Safety

Crossroads C&I is dedicated to providing a healthy and safe work environment for the employees, guests and visitors of all our locations. The Edmonton and Calgary branches have the Certificate of Recognition (COR) and are members of the Partners in Injury Reduction (PIR) program offered through the Alberta Workers Compensation Board. Although the PIR program is in Alberta, our Burnaby location maintains the same standard to ensure consistency and professionalism in all Health & Safety initiatives for the company.

Quality Assurance

Crossroads C&I has always placed a high value on quality assurance. Doing it right the first time is something we try to instill in all our employees. Quality assurance extends beyond simply offering high quality products. It encompasses how we package, store and handle our products to preserve their integrity and ensure they are delivered to our customers in excellent condition. Long before ISO and quality assurance became popular, Crossroads C&I was improving our systems and practices to ensure the customer receives the right product at the right time and in good condition. Crossroads C&I has been registered under an ISO standard since 1998 and is currently registered to ISO 9001:2015 at some locations (see Contact Us for branch locations). .
